Paul's Favorite Baked Beans

4 slices very lean bacon
1 28 oz can Pork and Beans, drained
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Cook bacon over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir together pork and beans and next six ingredients in a lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Top with bacon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

(Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours if you double the recipe)

Yield: 4-6 servings
